RK&K, a dynamic engineering firm, is actively seeking a talented individual to join their Engineering Support team. This critical role involves contributing to the development and management of daily CADD/BIM operations within an innovative engineering team. As part of this forward-thinking group, you'll play a central role in advancing RK&K's Civil CADD/BIM technology and engineering collaborations.

This is a remote position.

Essential Functions

• As a member of Engineering Support, collaborate with technology leaders to gain insights into RK&K's use of CADD/BIM technology to support our civil engineering efforts.
• Assist with daily operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technological advancements.
• As a member of Engineering Support, explore avenues for enhancing CADD/BIM quality and capabilities via standardization, workflow optimization, and advanced tools.
• Pinpoint specific areas for development and innovation.
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrade processes for CADD/BIM software, ensuring significant positive impacts on operations while also evaluating associated costs.
• As a part of the Support Team, address and resolve complex issues pertaining to civil engineering CADD software and project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish, enforce, and maintain compliance with industry civil CADD standards.
• Deliver prompt and adaptable solutions by analyzing business operations and collaborating with teams and clients to comprehend their needs and craft effective strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in supporting Civil CADD/BIM projects, adept in data management and business analysis for enhancing processes.
• Proven skill using Bentley products, with practical experience in OpenX applications.
• Capable of addressing common technical issues in DGN and DWG files.
• Experienced in integrating ProjectWise within production workflows.
• Knowledgeable in BIM methodologies, specifically with OpenRoads 3D Technology.
• Acquainted with cloud solutions, particularly Azure and Panzura, a plus.
• Working knowledge of AutoDESK Civil3D, a plus.
• Possesses advanced communication abilities and help desk experience.
• Well-versed in supplementary tools aiding civil planning, engineering, environmental, and construction management tasks.
• Tavel to various RK&K locations as required.
