This position will lead a team of technical professionals supporting the administration, configuration, maintenance, and development of the Library's ServiceNow Platform and Copyright.gov web site. The successful incumbent for this position possesses the ability to develop and implement a technical roadmap to modernize ServiceNow in support of the various mission critical services deployed on the platform, manage the government acquisition process in support of tools and services leveraged to advance the ServiceNow platform, lead a staff of technical resources maintaining ServiceNow & Copyright.gov and develop collaborative relationships within OCIO and across the Library with stakeholders impacted by ServiceNow & Copyright.gov.
