The role:
This role will be responsible for regional leadership of all Enterprise customer acquisition,
heading up a newly formed New Business team focused within NA. This role combines direct sales accountability, as well as day-to-day people leadership accountability.
In your IC Sales Role, you'll drive sales of EZRA's products and solutions to corporate clients across industries. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, focusing on maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth implementation processes. Success will be measured by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
As a people leader, you'll foster a high-performance culture through mentorship and coaching, focusing on daily activities such as calls, emails, and closing techniques. You'll enhance the use of CRM systems (SFDC) lead hiring and training and contribute to sales strategy alignment with marketing efforts. This role will have direct people leadership responsibility for New Business AE's.

The team:
Reporting to the VP Enterprise Acquisition Sales, this role will be a critical part of EZRA's Acquisition leadership team and will work closely with peers across the Enterprise Sales function to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients into the Enterprise Growth function. This role will have direct reports.
How will I make an impact?
Drive Acquisition Outcomes
  • Lead and drive new business growth across NA
  • Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
  • Partner with Enterprise Growth leadership to transition seamlessly newly acquired customers
  • Develop creative and impactful strategies to ensure EZRA's approach to acquiring new clients stands out
  • Partner with our Adecco Group partners around the world and across distinct brands to unlock opportunities to acquire new customers for EZRA
  • Act as a brand spokesperson / ambassador for EZRA with prospects, leading presentations and events with enterprise prospects
  • Function as part of the sales leadership group as well as be a key leader within the organization globally
  • Partner effectively with acquisition leaders in other regions to collaborate on best practices, learnings, GTM strategies with the objective of building a best-in-class approach to new customer acquisition
Lead our world-class Acquisition Team
  • Lead and develop a team who can acquire new enterprise customers
  • Partner with the People Team to attract high potential individual contributors into team
  • Onboard, coach and develop the team of high performing new business sellers
  • Manage performance of team effectively following EZRA practices
  • Foster collaboration within team and across customer lifecycle
  • Encourage continuous learning within team
Measure Effectiveness of Acquisition Team
  • Working with the VP Enterprise Acquisition to define objectives, priorities and culture for Enterprise Acquisition Function in NA
  • Working with RevOps to establish system for tracking those metrics
  • Create cadence for review within team
  • Expose subset of metrics to executive team
Enhance Effectiveness and Efficiency (Through Technology)
  • Support your team by standardizing processes
  • Effective use of existing systems, e.g., regarding SF, support system, customer marketing software
Support your team leads in managing Acquisition Activities
  • Onboarding
  • Training
  • Professional Development
What you bring to this role:
  • 2+ years of managing teams larger than 5 direct reports and effectively managing performance and career development
  • 4+ years of relevant experience acquiring new customers in a key / enterprise / global account in a senior level rolewith a successful record of accomplishment everywhere you have been.
  • Significant relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership & L&D spacespa ce
  • Familiarity with relevant systems, e.g., salesforce.
  • Outstanding & compelling presenting / storytelling skills
  • Highly developed skills in networking, partnering, and communicating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Incredibly data focused when managing performance
  • Understanding and experience with the key leading indicators that drive a healthy and performance minded acquisition function
  • Flexible hours may be required to run deals / partner across regions / time zone
  • Strategic, creative, and commercially minded - entrepreneurial
  • Fluent in English, other languages beneficial
  • Must be to be 'in the market' with clients and your team
  • Required travel, and office attendance in alignment to EZRA's Global Hybrid working policy
