Your Job

i360 is seeking a Political Analyst to join its Analytics Team. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will derive actionable insights and trends from large datasets, use business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create visualizations and reports, use modeling, statistical, trend analysis, to collect, explore, identify, and analyze political data.

You will be we working with a dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in our organization, partnering with development and data management to create products and analysis for our internal and external partners and clients.


What You Will Do

  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends relevant to political campaigns and advocacy efforts.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support various political initiatives.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau to design and create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Communicate complex data analyses and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven campaign targeting strategies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with Tableau suite of products
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python or R.
  • Hands on experience understanding RDBMS and query optimization
