Responsibilities:
- Review draft readme content provided by development teams
- Review for adherence to a template, point out any content gaps
- Review for clarity, concision, and well as grammar and typos, and they must be able to make updates without changing the technical accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years strong technical writing experience, including deliverables for a developer (or highly technical) audience
- Experience using Github, Git, markdown, and HTML 5 to produce technical documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly and break down complex topics into a logical organizational structure
- Familiarity with DevOps/SDLC
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (e.g., being Amazon Cloud Practitioner certified)
- Experience with DevOps tooling and products
- Basic knowledge of scripting/programming and data structures
- Experience working in an Agile environment
