Position Description

Take your next career step by joining QIAGEN's International Engineering Graduate Program!

Your role & tasks in the program:

Our 24-month international rotation program will provide you with the opportunity to learn and gain deep insights into our engineering and operational functions and be an integral team member for the Global Technical Operations Organization. You will be based out of the US and will work across our other sites in Europe (Germany and Spain) to expand your knowledge on relevant processes, understand how we work together across locations and to build a global network.

- You will have a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to drive innovation and shape the digitalization of our processes by supporting the technical development of our operations.

- You will have exposure to Global Technical Operations (Engineering), Production/Manufacturing and Finance. There will be opportunities to job shadow other business areas as well.

- You will support us in applying modern Engineering methodologies in our business operations across whilst working in multi-disciplinary global teams.

- You will be responsible for both day to day operational work as well as dedicated projects for the purpose of the program.

Position Requirements

- A Master`s or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering or Systems Engineering

- First relevant practical experience in Engineering desirable, e.g. through internships or working student activities

- The commitment and willingness to spend up to 60% of the program in Europe

- Strong analytical skills
