Position Description

The candidate is expected to carry out lab experiments and perform operations production work by performing the following duties.

Essential duties and responsibilities

- Responsible for manual/automated production/assembly in compliance with relevant regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.

- Maintain good written records of laboratory procedures, results and conclusions. Adhere to and accurately complete all production-related documentation.

- Good communications in oral and written, report issues and discrepancies to the supervisors immediately.

- Participate in the writing/change in documentation as well as the initiation in production-related deviations and nonconformities.

- Contribute to new product implementation.

- Contribute to cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

- Contribute to and support department/corporate goals

- Supports projects within his/her expertise and experience. Develops and improves new skills and knowledge necessary to successfully support assigned projects.

- May need to work in shifts as needed.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, or AA degree with some related experience.

- Good communication skill and team player. Ability to understand working process of robotic system. Have good computer skills to operate equipment under software control.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

- Ability to plan the use of equipment, materials and personal time, and to complete production-related documentation accurately.

- An in-depth knowledge of job tasks, general to minimal supervision required.

- Able to complete and review production-related documentation accurately.

- Basic mathematical skill is required; understanding of metric volumes and measures is required.

- Ability to quickly change priorities and multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor

- Physically capable to perform the essential functions of this job.

- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit, enable to lift 50LB. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
