Summary:

The Project Director will support Frontier in providing institutional support services to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning, and Resource Management (PLR).

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Provide full time institutional support staff to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning and Resource Management (PLR)
  • Provide short-term technical assistance (STTA) and surge support to PLR and USAID Missions overseas
  • Support a smooth transition of existing institutional support contractor staff and integrate learning and adaptive management throughout contract implementation
  • Provide oversight and leadership through day-to-day projects
  • Provide direction and functional activities including strategy and technical implementation
  • Oversee team of technical experts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with our Contracting Officer, representative and other key personnel

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Management or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 10 Years of experience in staffing/management programs
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience working with USAID programs
  • Experience overseeing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) projects
  • Experience with Project Design and implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • High Volume Recruiting experience
  • DE&I training and experience
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
