Overview

Many senior project managers and business analysts are subject matter experts in their respective fields. Frontier understands how to support multiple stakeholders to aid in developing and implementing national policies, strategies, and doctrine.

Summary:

The Senior Recruiter will support Goldbelt Frontier in the recruitment and staffing of personnel in order to provide institutional support services to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning, and Resource Management (PLR).

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Recruit, hire, and maintain contractor staff that will be placed in specific, non-direct hire positions embedded within the PLR
  • Recruit, hire, and maintain contractor staff that will be placed on a short-term basis, in Program Offices in USAID Missions overseas
  • Ensure a comprehensive onboarding process for all contractor staff
  • Work with the Project Director (PD) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on all recruitment needs
  • Fully support the diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) program
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in international development recruiting
  • Experience with fast-paced recruiting and sourcing
  • Experience with diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High Volume Recruiting experience
  • DE&I training and experience
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
