Job Description

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Escort Coordinator and active Top Secret Clearance for a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency. Under the supervision of the Project Manager and Construction Manager, the Escort Coordinator works directly with the Contractor to establish escort requirements. The Escort Coordinator's responsibilities are as follows, to include but not limited to:

  • Meet with the Contractor on a regular basis to review escort requirements.
  • Develop a weekly schedule documenting the number of escorts to be provided and the locations where escorts are needed. Distribute the schedule to the Project Team, Contractor and Escort Contractor.
  • Work with the Escort Contractor to ensure personnel are available to meet the needs of the Contractor.
  • Monitor daily activity of all escorts.
  • Keep daily record of the numbers of escorts provided and hours worked. Review Escort Contractor's pay applications.
  • Attend regularly schedule project meetings to provide escort updates.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance.

*Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
