The founders of ARC came from larger Third Party Relocation Companies where they worked on Government Home Sale contracts (to include DOE). The founders of ARC noticed several voids in the services being provided to the government agencies and felt that industry was calling for new service models, new products and higher levels of customer service to the client.
With a focus on key areas such as: education, training, technology, reporting, and customer service, innovative/creative products/solutions, reducing costs, and personalizing the relocation process ARC opened for business.
