Overview:
URC is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Consultant to support U.S. Government funded technical programs in Africa and proposal development on USG global health proposals. The consultant will ensure that state-of-the-art standards are met for MEL in USG-funded program implementation and in the development of new business proposals. The MEL Consultant will interface with URC staff, working with teams to collaboratively provide technical assistance and/or develop realistic and technically sound MEL content for proposals. The position may be based in Washington, D.C. or remote/virtual. If remote/virtual, reliable internet and the ability to overlap with the US East coast time zone is required.
