Position Summary:

The Program and Quality Assurance Intern will be responsible for assisting Program and Quality Assurance Director with overall goals related to regulatory compliance, programmatic quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Projects and duties can be customized based on the intern's interests and learning objectives.

Projects and Duties:

• Actively engage in development of internship project, showing drive and initiative to complete the project to the point of desired outcome

• Present findings of the project to internship supervisor at the completion of internship
• Review participant files for accuracy, adherence to licensing requirements. Summarize and communicate findings from review to Program Director
• Collect survey data on consumer and stakeholder satisfactions through email, phone, in-person meetings
• Organize and summarize consumer and stakeholder responses. Present potential outcomes from data collected.
